PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Duck confit boneless, crumbled and presented in a slab format of 1.500gr and 150gr. Products vacuum packed individually and frozen, with 18 months of expiration. 

SALES FORMAT

  • SLABS: Unit weight 1,500gr // 5 units per box
  • INDIVIDUAL PORTIONS: Unit weight 150gr // 25 units per box

REGENERATION TIPS

  1. Thaw at a controlled temperature 24 hours before use
  2. Cut the piece in the desired way (ingots, triangles, squares, etc.)
  3. Mark on a skillet one side of the piece to brown
  4. Regenerate in oven at 175º for 8 '
  5. Display on the dish, with sauces and other ingredients
