REGENERATION TIPS

  1. Thaw at a controlled temperature 24 hours before use
  2. Regenerate inside the bag in a steam oven or in a bain-marie at 80º for 10'
  3. Open the bag and reserve the cooking juice >>> can be linked to make a sauce
  4. Regenerate in oven, at 175º for 10'
  5. Display on the dish
