MOUSSE OF FOIE GRAS COGNAC Sterilized duck and chicken emulsion with cognac taste.

Ingredients:     Duck liver, poulrty liver, duck fat, water, salt, pepper, sugar, cognac aroma.

Presentation:    Tin 95g, 200g, 800g.

Conservation:   In a cool and dry place. Served well chilled.

Shelf life:           5 years.
