CHEESES SILVA CORDERO, is a family business based in ACEHÚCHE (Cáceres), which has managed to maintain the essence and tradition of the Cheese of Acehúche, a cheese with a long tradition purely handmade, made with raw goat milk, which is characterized by its intense flavor and a great buttery on the palate.
Apart from the numerous awards obtained in recent years in various competitions, include the Super Gold achieved in the World Cheese Awards 2016-2017, where we managed to enter the grand final of the Top-16.
At the XIV IBERIAN FESTIVAL OF THE CHEESE OF CABRA, held in Acehúche on March 24 and 25, 2018, SILVA CORDERO CHEESES won the FIRST PRIZE in the tasting contest held in the form of hard pasta.
And in the Best Cheeses Championship to be held in the 32nd Gourmet Hall, SILVA CORDERO CHEESES, in the soft-paste mode, will be in the Grand Final (the six best cheeses in Spain) to be held on May 7th. 2018
