100% goat milk cheese, with a mild, creamy and pleasant taste when biting, the high fat content is evident. The flavor is soft, with raw cream and with some spicy touches for ripening, which is not very long. Perfect for an aperitif, with a good red wine, or a traditional dessert, with honey or with quince meat. Made with pasteurized goat milk, rennet, salt and lactic ferments. Of cylindrical shape. Soft and pleasant taste, very balanced in acidity and salinity. Elastic and soft texture. Not very aromatic, although with clear notes of the milk with which it is made.
