Made with pasteurized goat and cow milk. Without crust. Presents a white color without eyes and in any case small of mechanical origin. Soft and wet texture, and something elastic. Smell of low intensity, sweet and characteristic goat. Sweet and lactic flavor at the same time and well balanced salt. On the palate it is soft with delicate aromas of moist earth and fresh rosemary.
