Se trata del queso semicurado de Leche Cruda de Oveja Churra más tradicional de Castilla y León.Su formato se debe a que los pastores, cuando elaboraban sus quesos los atravesaban con un palo y los colgaban del techo, para evitar así que los animales se los comieran.Este formato al tener el agujero central, provoca una maduración igual por el centro que por el exterior originando un sabor muy personal y característico.Es un producto Artesano y que sólamente se fabrica en Castilla y León y por empresas artesanas.Su peso es de 600.- Gr. aproximadamente y se vende por unidades
