This olive oil is carefully selected by the master taster and blender. The first oils produced betweenthe end of October and beginning of November from Arbequina, Hojiblanca and Picual varieties.These oils are stored in 2000L deposits where they are analyzed and then selected in varyingquantities and blended to create a superb olive oil with a limited production.
Harvest: From half of october to early november.
Formats: 1L and 5L metal cans
Production: Cold extraction 2 phases. Only with early harvested olives, 75-80% still green.
With the combination of 3 varieties we produce amedium intensity, well balanced exceptionallyfresh and high quality-premium olive oil.
