OLEMILE S.L. was founded in Madrid in February 2010, with few different objectives: To elaborate exceptional oil that comes from millenary olive trees that belongs to the FARGA variety, ones which have very high cultural and botanical value. We have fully taken care of its presentation, by using a glass bottle designed exclusively for the precious liquid; all this is protected within a metallic box with a classical and minimalist design. “This type of extra virgin olive oil is of supreme quality, it’s has golden  green color, very balanced, high fruited, slightly bitter with a touch of spice. It’s pleasing smell will remind of freshly cut grass, green walnut and almonds with extended aftertaste”

The objective is to make this oil a necessary substance for the “most special occasions and for the exquisite taste buds” just as an exclusive and desirable gift.

To develop the production of biological variety of ancient oils from the Maestrazgo region (Castellon), providing new and different light, medium or intense flavors (Farga, LLumet, Canetera, etc).  

 Select a mixture of oils that have imminent health characteristics ( high oleic, Vitamin E and linoleic acid) recommended for certain diseases, especially cardiovascular problems and to enhance the flavor of healthy nutrients (fish, vegetables, etc.) by making them more tempting.

 Our personal family tradition of olive-growing comes from centuries back, passed on from father to son, making our production very limited.Our main priority is quality, getting things done correctly and the full satisfaction of our clients. We elaborate with all the strictness and professionalism, initiating from care and control of the olive trees till the finalization of all the whole process, with controls and certificates provided by our professional experts.
