REGAÑA DON PELAYO ALGAS

A surprising product that is the result of the bold fusion of our particular Regaña, with seaweed nori and sea lettuce, harvested by hand in its natural environment and dehydrated at low temperature. The same texture, but with different flavor that surrounds us with the unmistakable aromas of the sea. It becomes the perfect ally to accompany and give the crunchy touch necessary to an endless number of proposals (tartar, salads ...).
