Purato Rosé Terre Siciliane
Of great character, bright pink, with tons of flavors of red berries fresh. Cheerful and vibrant, it is perfect as an appetizer or a great choice with prawns. The Purato Rosé harvest is made in very limited quantities and is launched at the beginning with maximum freshness.
Grapes:100% Nero d'Avola.
Vineyard area: grapes are selected from the best vineyards in the Trapani area. The formation of the vine is by the traditional Spalliera system.
Harvest: The grapes are picked at the beginning of September, between 7 and 10 days before the Nero d'Avola grape used for our red wine in order to retain a better acidity level. The grapes are carefully selected in order to choose only those which are perfectly ripe.
Vinification: after the stemming, the grapes are crushed. Very soon after the grapes are placed in the fermentation tanks, the cap of skins is removed, allowing only a minimum of contact with them. The fermentation is carried out at controlled temperature not exceeding 18ºC for approximately 10 days.
Tasting notes: Of great character, luminous pink, with a lot of fresh flavors of red fruits of the forest. Lively and vibrant, it is perfect as an appetizer or a great option with prawns, prawns, etc.
