GS Gin Silos is a Premium gin of eleven distillations and a maceration, elaborated in an artisanal way. Most of its fourteen botanicals are hand-picked in a sustainable manner in the millenary junipers forests of Santo Domingo de Silos (Burgos). We have opted for a very limited but high quality production: this natural habitat is ideal for the development of the best gin since its land and its climate have allowed the development of junipers of very small berries but high concentration, which is translates into a gin with a very intense aroma and flavor.
