gourmet products made with different varieties of truffles.
Our truffle is collected in La Tinença de Benifassà Natural Park, an
authentic and genuine mountain area in the north of Castellón, at 1.200 meters
altitude above sea level, very close to the Mediterranean coast. This area, where our exploitation of mycorrhizal
Quercus Ilex in Mas de Jarque is also located, has a special climatology and
edaphology, giving its truffle a freshness, aroma and a unique flavor, all of which
made it of an extraordinary quality.
