Since 1985 the founder of Fishgourmet, a simple but persistent, dedicated part of his life to the elaboration of smoked sardines, being the pioneer in this and striving every day to improve the product, made in an artisan way and with special care so that the product reaches the consumer in optimal conditions. Being Fishgourmet a small family business, the founder passed on his knowledge from generation to generation, until today we continue striving to fulfill his dream: to make our product known, crossing borders, and with the same quality as always.
