This is the last one of four show cooking during the which four Chefs will elaborate different plates utilizing Fior d'Italia fresh pasta.
In this show cooking Manfredi Bosco, President of the Spanish Branch of the Italian Chefs Federation and Head Chef at Madrid based "Larrumba" Gruop, will present us the following:
- Open Fresh Raviolo Filled With Toasted Aubergines, Nduja and Burrata Cheese Stracciatella, on top of Aubergine Cream.
This dish, created by Chef Manfredi Bosco, was the winner of the Firts Prize of one of the Gastronomic Competitions in Madrid Fusion 2016.
