QUADER DI CAPRA

Soft cheese, washed rind, produced by whole goat's milk. The cheese is parallelepiped side shape of about 19 cm, flat faces, barefoot law of 7 cm. The average weight of each figure is approx. 2 Kg. And consumed after a curing period of around 50 days in the cases of pine wood at a temperature of 5 ° C and humidity of 95%. The bark is smooth, soft, fine, yellow pink color. It has a slightly soft straw of white rubber color. Sweet taste, slightly bitter taste with typical mild goat cheese.
