PREMIN IBERIAN HORSESHOE SUMMER SAUSAGE (SALCHICHÓN)

Cured sausage, made from a mixture of iberian prok meats and fat, garniched with salt, spices and preservatices, yielding a product withtender and traditional texture and flavour.
We are a family business, located in the north of Extremadura. Our history began in
the 1960s in the hands of Emilio García Tovar and Vicenta Benítez Montero, parents
and grandparents of the current representatives of the company, Santiago García
Benítez and his daughters Sara and Cristina García Rodríguez.
We make and distribute sausages and hams from Iberian pigs and Large White
pigs, covering both the domestic and international markets with our services and
products.
The love of a job well done, together with tradition and quality, are our hallmarks.
These guide our work and are the philosophy we follow every day to satisfy all our
customers completely.
