IBERIAN SAUSAGEMEAR BLACK PUDDING (MORCILLA)

Cured blood sausage made from a mixture of meats and fats from the best  iberian pigs of our Extremadura dehesas, with paprika from La Vera D.O., salt, spices and prservatives, giving a product with characteristic taste, and a unique aroma and texture.
We are a family business, located in the north of Extremadura. Our history began in
the 1960s in the hands of Emilio García Tovar and Vicenta Benítez Montero, parents
and grandparents of the current representatives of the company, Santiago García
Benítez and his daughters Sara and Cristina García Rodríguez.
We make and distribute sausages and hams from Iberian pigs and Large White
pigs, covering both the domestic and international markets with our services and
products.
The love of a job well done, together with tradition and quality, are our hallmarks.
