From the hand of the chef Sergio Fernández we are going to present the 4 best extra virgin olive oils produced this campaign within the framework of the Sierra de Segura Denomination of Origin. From each one of them, a dish is going to be elaborated, emphasis in the differential character that the fact of using a high-end oil provides. In a pleasant way, it will alternate explanations of cooking and oil tasting to deepen in its sensory evaluation and culinary utilities.
