19 months in french and american oak barrels. 

Winemaking: Temperature controlled fermentation between 25-27º C. Long maceration seeking maximum extraction of polyphenols for a wine with long bottle life. This wine was made with a selection of the best grapes from our estates “El Cerro” and “La Redonda”. 

Tasting notes

Colour: Intense ruby red color with ruby edge. 

Aroma: Deep and complex. Fruits, black currant, with a hint of raspberry, coffee, toffee and vanilla. Good balance between wood and fruit. 

Taste: Complex and full, round, full bodied. Long, rounded palate. Ripe fruit, licorice and toasty notes.
