• Tasting: Intense garnet red colour. Very complex aroma with mature fruits aroma (dry peach, grape and raisins, figs, blueberry) with fancy balsamic spiced aromas, smoked and mineral (truffle, cocoa, coffee, vanilla), tobacco with ink and chalk backgrounds. Wide, expressive, round, velvety, succulent and balanced. Good tanic presence, long aftertaste and excelent bouquet that ensure a long life.
• Serving suggestions: Foie, smoked cheese, cured ham, seasoned legumes, red meat, game and roasted meats. Homarus-filled Piquillo peppers and apple-steamed “Carabineros”.
• Serve at: 18-20 °C.
