Winemaking Process: Once the grapes have been destemmed, they are partially crushed. The must is then transferred to 13,000 Litre tronco•conic stainless steel vats where it undergoes a pre-fermentation cold maceration for 7 or 8 days to extract colour and primary aromas and flavours Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 26º-27º .15 days maceration process. Once the malolactic fermentation is finished the wine ages in French and American oak barrels for 9 months. Finally the wine is clarified and filtered before bottling.

Sight:Clean and bright wine, deep cherry red with purple hues.

Nose: great flavour complexity, the nose is filled with black berries and bilberries, red berries like gooseberries .Displays delicate notes of flowers (red and purple roses); Milky notes over a light background of vanilla, with pepper and toasted aromas, all together in a good balance.

Taste: In the mouth the wine proves to be tasty and pleasant. It shows a good tannic structure , excellent balance between fruit and wood giving way to an elegant finish.



The winery was founded in 2004, on land located in the prestigious City of Pesquera de Duero, in the heart of the Protected Designation of Origin Ribera del Duero. Bodegas Servilio - Arranz maintains a family tradition of grape growers who produced their wine cellars in the underground Pesquera de Duero, applying to the project's philosophy of bringing the development of a premium quality wine with the tradition that has always preceded in our families.

The present winery with a capacity of 100,000 kg of grapes produced, with modern facilities to offer quality wines, reared in oak barrels and with a personal style, from the Tempranillo grape cultivated in the farm "The Candle" . This single payment, because of its geographic location, exposure and soil characteristics, is part of the 15 hectares of vineyards owned, grown under strict control in order to achieve the optimum point of maturation and the highest quality health of the grapes with that our wines are produced.

The winery: Bodegas Servilio-Arranz, has a modern vessel at the time of preparation designed by the technical team from the cellar, to comply with the tenets and achieve the maximum expression of the grape, this is next to the storage well located, for that wine does not suffer unnecessary movements that could alter their natural characteristics. The spacecraft rearing is next to that of development and has been designed with all the technical elements needed to keep bringing up the wines with an optimal environment throughout the year.
