Luis Alegre Carbonic Maceration is elaborated with grapes that comes from vines of an average age of 35 years.  Hand harvest selection of the grapes. Placement of whole bunches of grapes in the stainless steel tanks on a bed of white wine so that the first bunches aren’t crushed. Carbonic Maceration for about 4-5 days, pressing and fermentation ending.
