Semisweet White Wine

Prefermentative cold maceration during 3-5 days with its subsequient debourbage (floating method). Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 12ºC, interrupting it by chilling the wine (-4ºC9 to preserve its natural sugars.

Water-white colour with metallic tinges. Intense and complex bouquet of drupes (stone fruit) and citus aromas together with hints of white flowers with a touch of honey and anise. Semi-sweet mouthfeel, but still fresh and mineral. Lively, well-balanced and creamy with orange notes. Fresh fruitty and lingering finish. The perfect pick to have fun and enjoy with friends.
