Olives from olives of Arbequina variety, which are collected during the first half of November.     It should be noted its ripe fruit with medium intensity and aromas  of banana and apple.   The palate has a bitter and spicy almost testimonial with nuances of nuts and almonds   It is a harmonious and balanced oil.
