Oil tubs

All the fish we work with are very well supported by the oil. We use extra virgin olive oils in those fish that enhance their flavor as is the case of smoked Skrei cod and Norwegian Salmon tartar marinated by being stronger flavors. In the case of fish with softer flavors the Virgin olive oil would eliminate its flavor so we use sunflower oil that enhances the nuances of smoke and improves its conservation.  We find all the fish we produce: Smoked Norwegian Salmon Terrines of 700 GR, 300 gr and 125 gr.
