Family business located in the province of Jaén on the banks of the Guadalquivir River with more than 120 years of experience in olive oil production.
The Mill was founded in 1997 and since then producers and packers of EVOO with two own brands, "Maquiz" and "Oro de Maquiz".
Mill equipped with high-tech machinery and a mechanical process of cold extraction.
The EVOO "Maquiz " are our monovarietals Picual, Arbequino and Frantoio.
"Oro de Maquiz " is a coupage composed of 80% EVOO Picual and 20% EVOO Arbequino.
Awarded with the prestigious prize "Jaén Selection 2018" to one of the eight best EVOO with our Maquiz Picual.
