Harvested at 800 m high on the high hills adjacent to the Natural Park of Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas. The Picual variety has a strong personality, presenting specific sensory nuances that make it easily identifiable in all the varietal oils. It’s green fruity ripe oil, fragrant, with positive attributes, pungent and astringent which becomes softer with the passing time.

9·OLIVOS was born to bring people to the “jienense” olive grove, to know the product in its essence, to transmit the flavours of the Andalusian field through the senses.Our olive groves are between the natural parks of Sierra Magina and Cazorla, the heart of the province of Jaén, an area with great biodiversity and environmental resources for traditional farming.We respect the natural cycle of our trees, making a meticulous tracing of each one of them.
