UnOlivo´s is a story of love and respecto for de olive grove and the environment.

It is the trace left by men and women who have turned their love for the countryside into their product. The passion to recover traditional custom. The desire to manufacture a great extra virgin olive oil in a a very talented way, listening to the wise  whisper of nature. And all this without neglecting innovation: trusting in their own olive oil mil where the máximum yield could be exttracted from a great fruit, and commercializing their olive oil for the most sophisticated palates
