RUFINO MONTANERA

 En los meses de la montanera las cabras se alimentan de bellotas

proporcionando mas grasa a la leche, dando lugar a un queso mas cremoso de un sabor intenso y agradable al paladar.

      Gran joya gastronomica que obtuvo el PIMER PREMIO en la FERIA IBÉRICA de CABRA en ACEHUCHE en 2009 y 2011.

- Elaborado a base de leche cruda de cabra, cuajo y sal.

- Queso de pasta semiblanda.- Forma de cilindro liso.

- Corteza anaranjada, lisa y pegajosa, típica en este tipo de quesos. 

- Al corte, la pasta es de color blanco marfil con algunos ojos de fermentación repartidos irregularmente.

- Tiempo de maduración 3-4 meses.

- Peso 900 gramos aproximadamente.
