  CANTERA VARIETY, PROCEEDS FROM OLIVE TREES FROM THE MAESTRAZGO AREA (VALENCIA-SPAIN), CULTIVATED AT A 400M HEIGHT OVER SEA LEVEL INFLUENCED BY THE MEDITERRANEAN BREEZE AND DRY AIR FROM THE MOUNTAINS OF MAESTRAZGO.

  THE GATHERING WAS FULFILLED BY THE BEGINNING OF NOVEMBER IN THE PRECISE MOMENT OF MATURITY OF THE OLIVES.

  COLD ELABORATION OF THE OIL, SOFT FILTERED TO CONSERVE ALL THE PROPERTIES OF THE OLIVE JUICE.  

VERY LIMITED AND UNIQUE PRODUCTION, ONLY RECENTLY IT HAS BEEN BOTTLED AS VARIETAL OIL.  

LOW ACIDITY LEVEL, MAXIMUM 0,3º. THE OIL IS HIGHLY FRUITED, BITTER, SPICY, WITH CHARACTER.

  THE AROMA REMINDS US OF ARTICHOKE, GREEN ALMOND AND TOMATO PLANT.  

THE CANTERA VARIETY IS RICH IN OLEIC ACID AND NATURAL ANTIOXIDANTS, VERY BENEFICIAL FOR YOUR HEART AND  TO IMPROVE  CELLULAR AGING.

We elaborate exceptional oil from our millenary olive trees of the FARGA variety of high cultural and botanical value. Our fields are located in El Maestrazgo (Castellón/Valencia) area.

We take special care of our presentation, using a bottle designed exclusively for the precious liquid, all protected with a numbered individual case, evocative and also with a classic and minimalist design.

"This kind of extra virgin oil of supreme quality, is bright yellow, very balanced, high fruity, half bitter, and medium spicy.

Its pleasant aroma is reminiscent of freshly cut grass, green walnut and almonds, with a long and pleasant aftertaste". The purpose is to make it an essential element in the "best occasions and the most exquisite palates" as well as an exclusive and endearing gift.  

We also produce monovarietal Extra Virgin oils from our exclusive varieties CANETERA (very limited production) and LLUMET, native from our production area and with very peculiar characteristics, different from common virgin olive oils.
