New and original sensations in tasting Extra Virgin Olive Oil. By the culinary technique of encapsulation, and using 100% natural gelling agents made of high fibre seaweeds, we offer delicate small spherical pearls which intense EVOO flavor that pops up inside the mouth.

Pearls have high thermal stability, and withstand temperatures up to 100°C. The stability and mechanical strength of the capsule allow adding the product and mixing it with other foods without membrane damage. 

Uses: Olive oil pearls are great for garnishing, seasoning or decorating any kind of dish, either cold or hot, such as soups, creams, salads. Also on crackers, toast, crumpets, buns, biscuits, pancakes, english muffins. 

Ingredients: 85% Virgin Olive Oil (80% picual, 20% hojiblanca), 14.80% water, 0.15% Sodium Alginate (seaweeds), 0.05% calcium chloride.

We also have our own olives, almonds and fruits traditional farm "Cortijo El Marqués" located in the "Sierra de Los Filabres" and "Valle del Almanzora", municipality of Chercos (Almería, Andalusia), obtaining a sublime "Bio EVOO Juice" Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and EVOO pearls. 

We work in a mountain, rural, quiet and clean environment using renewable energies in our small factory, and applying the latest organic and regenerative farming techniques in our fields, that result in a range of surprising new products.
