Presentation and tasting of cured cheeses produced at Granja Madrigueras. The farm is run by the Valle-Luna family, dedicated to goats since 1997.

All the cheeses are made with raw goat's milk, and are produced with traditional techniques. The milk comes from own goats, whose grazing takes place in ecological countryside, which gives the cheese a unique intense and slightly fruity flavor, with light hints of grass and goat smells. Thanks to the natural fermentation, a semi-hard and buttery paste is obtained, with a fine texture that easily melts in the mouth, with a slight spicy flavor at the end. All cheeses have more than 60 days of maturity.
