The novelty in this line is the incorporation of a new and smaller sales format (30g), which will coexist with the two existing formats (the mini JFC of 70g and the special edition of the JFC with the triangular packaging of 115g). From the new packaging you can choose the giftbox of 5 units, with a small selection of the whole family of products, or the giftbox of 3 units, with a selection of three pairings.

The aim of our sauces is to enhance the sensual characteristics of cheese. Taste and smell are perfectly balanced in all of the Just for Cheese pairings.

We suggest the following pairings:

- Raspberries with rose petals and Szechuan pepper for pairing with fresh and soft cheese

- Peaches & Apricots with Goji berries and Guatemalan cardamom for pairing with soft ripened cheese

- Golden apples caramelised with tender pistachios from Turkey and Sri Lanka cinnamon to pair with hard paste cheese

- Black figs with Australian macadamia nuts and Jamaican allspice for pairing with blue cheese

- Black grapes with Majorcan almonds to pair with soft paste and washed rind cheese
