Bodegas Valdovinos is a fourth-generation family business, which was incorporated into DO Somontano in 1998. It is located in the municipality of Antillón (Huesca).Bodegas Valdovinos supplies its own vineyards, with more than 50 years of age, most of the vineyard is dryland, with productions that do not exceed 4000 kg / ha, being their soil soil loose, medium stony and sandy.Currently 7 types of wines are made. Within the Viñas de Antillón range we produce a young red wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, Merlot, a 100% Merlot Rosé, a white made with Macabeo and Chardonnay varieties and a breeding made with Cabernet 70% and Merlot 30% Aged in French and American oak barrels for 14 months. On the other hand, in the range of Valdovinos we find a Red Oak, made with Cabernet and Merlot grapes that has passed for five months in French and American oak barrels, 100% Chardonnay and a breeding elaborated with the varieties of Garnacha, Cabernet and Tempranillo aged in French and American oak barrels.We also elaborated a delicious vermouth, elaborated with Macabeo and Chardonnay grape, whose process is totally artesanal.In addition we also have a reserve cava Brut Nature, made with Macabeo and Chardonnay.Enter in the interior of a family winery and discover the effort of a family to carry out a project of the land where we join the traditional and the modern to achieve wines full of personality wines worked with enthusiasm and much affection something that unites us to Our origins through the taste for good wines.
