El compromiso y afán innovador que siempre ha caracterizado al Grupo Gourmets le ha convertido en pionero de diferentes actividades relacionadas con el sector que se han desarrollado en sucesivas ediciones del Salón de Gourmets.
Bajo el epígrafe común de Actividades Paralelas la Organización elabora un nutrido programa donde tienen cabida presentaciones, concursos, mesas redondas, catas, coloquios, campeonatos… de forma que los profesionales, sean expositores o visitantes, puedan asistir o participar en directo en este tipo de eventos.
Mientras se cierra el programa definitivo, avanzamos algunas de las Actividades Paralelas a desarrollar en el transcurso del XXIV Salón de Gourmets.

Alongside product exhibition, Grupo Gourmets has been organising varied gastronomy-related activities ever since the first edition. Conferences, debates, round tables, tasting sessions, championships, competitions and forums which are of great interest for the professionals who attend the event.
The commitment and zest for innovation of Grupo Gourmets have made it a pioneer in the extra trade-related activities which have taken place in successive editions of the Gourmets Fair.
The following is an advance of some of the Parallel Activities to take place alongside the 24th Gourmets Fair.
